Returns & Exchanges
We aim to please and pride ourselves on product integrity and customer service. If your order is received damaged, broken, or in an otherwise unusable state, please notify us as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation.
We offer a complete refund for unopened product within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept return shipments on opened product. If there is no problem with the product or order, returns and refunds* are permitted but buyer pays return shipping.
If there is a problem with your order and we are at fault in via incorrect shipment contents, product defect, or something else that’s not right, please notify us immediately for the option to have an expedited correction of your order or the option for a full refund*. We will pay return shipping expense on any unopened product being exchanged/returned.

* Depending on financial institution, returns may take between 2-5 business days to process. We refund to the original card of purchase. We do not retain your credit card number.
